Refund Policy

1. General principle

Because our services involve third-party government filings, registered agents, and processor onboarding, fees become non-refundable once work has commenced on your order.

2. Before work begins

If you cancel before we have started processing your order or submitted anything to a third party, you may request a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable transaction costs.

3. Split-payment services

For premium gateway services billed 50% upfront and 50% after first payout, the upfront portion covers onboarding work and is non-refundable once onboarding has begun. The balance portion is only charged after your first successful payout.

4. Third-party declines

If a bank or processor declines your application for reasons outside our control after we have completed our facilitation work, fees for completed work are non-refundable. We will, where possible, attempt an alternative provider at no additional service fee.

5. How to request

Email support@xeloraco.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned via the original ACH route within a reasonable processing period.
